Some higher quality renderings. Ones posted originally didn't have this resolution. Better for those who are in engineering or architecture who want to draw inspiration for a design and see the little details.

Nice "out with the old, in with the new" picture posted by QuantumX @ ssc of a topped out 1100 Millecento and the parking garage coming down across the street. Also like the symbolism of an old parking garage coming down for more dense housing (1010 Brickell going to replace the parking garage):

Cool pic! When 1010 Brickell starts to rise it will be the 11th. skyscraper over 500 ft.|152m U/C in Miami at 548 ft.|167m.

Just about finished. At least structurally. Quite a bit of interior and ground level work left:

Related Group Gets TCO For 382-Unit Millecento Residences In Brickell

By TNM Staff on January 26, 2015

On schedule, Related Group has obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 382-unit Millecento Residences and will begin closings within three weeks.

‘We are fine tuning the common areas, hanging all the art we are known for and putting the finishing touches to our second project completed in Brickell during this new cycle,’ Related Group Condo Division President Carlos Ross said.

Related completed construction of the nearby 184-unit myBrickell project about a year ago.

Millecento Residences was designed by architect Carlos Ott. A tenant for Millecento’s ground floor retail on South Miami Avenue is expected to be announced soon.
