I live around the corner and I think it looks great in person. I saw a few lights on the other night but I'm not sure when the move in date is.
There is always something to nit pick, I think the glass looks fine. I wish the jenga effect was a bit amplified. I initially thought they changed the design (to save money I assume) scaling back the cantilevers/balconies but I think the marketing material was just a little misleading.
NOPA--As of a couple of weeks ago the door man told me eleven apartments were being lived in. So those units not adjacent to the construction elevator apparently are ready for occupancy. Now that the elevator is coming down, more apartments will open up for use. So far ramps from the elevator to the interior are down on a number of the top floors. That will allow for installation of windows. The elevator structure itself, however, is still largely intact.
