The height isn't everything, but the 2msf+ of office space in the financial district is. This tower, along with the rest of the WTC, is what's helping to keep the district relevant in terms of the best office space the City has to offer. That's why I say build it all, no matter how long it takes.

Nice pictures! One question though. In the third picture, if you look at 3WTC just a little bit above where 4WTC's terrace is, why does the cladding look different on the West and South sides than the rest of the glass on 3WTC?

i'm coming around to it more now that the cladding is up. it has almost kind of an anywhere throwback 1970's office building vibe to it, in a good way.
