Great, what is the price tag of this project? How much do apartments go for? And is there any height limit for structures in Santo Domingo?

Don't know the price of the construction, but the apartments are about $US1,960,000. The area of each apartment is 9,181 ft2 (853m2). It's built along Avenue Anacaona in front of a park called Mirador Sur. There are great views of the Caribbean Ocean from there since there are no buildings along the seaside in that area.

Right now I don't believe there is no height limit for all of Santo Domingo. I think it used to be 45 floors and about 700 feet. There used to be an airport real close to the city, but it's been shut down for a while. There are some parts of the city that don't allow high building though, but that may change too.

Yeah for now at least. San Juan has a 50 story building in the works (waiting for approval). There is also the building I mentioned in the first post.
