They've posted a video, which I'm sure most of you have seen, on their website. For those of you who haven't seen the vid, here's the link.

So what do these pics have to do with terminus 200? Have they even started it?

I thought the one going up was 200, but I guess that's 10?

It is 10, it's good to see the progress though. I can actually see it riding the train to lenox. I thought that I had read a press release on Terminus' website that they had started or were starting 200 a while ago, what's going on with that?

Great angle on those buildings. That parking garage could hold a small nation state.

Woops...you're right. This is the condo tower at Terminus.

I did look in the big pit for 200, though. Just foundation work...

Does anyone think it is odd that they are now past 9 months into "construction" as have yet still to come out of the ground or even that close, check out the picture below, credits to ajdelo for the photo.

I guess they just announced that they were going ahead with construction to try and stop some of the other buildings from coming out of the ground(which obviously didnt work) and now have no need to progress quickly as they have not signed any tenants. any thoughts? it seems like it would be expensive to delay construction, but maybe it would cost more to have a complete yet empty building.
