CALGARY | Parkside | Multiple Towers | 17 FLOORS

Waterfront Parkside was pre-released recently including redesign of terraced north buildings and another 17 story tower called Parkside SW and three other buildings to be completed mid 2017. I personally like the redesign and the new green spaces.

Stunning design, this is going to be an incredible addition to the river front. I know most people are bummed about the lack of restaurant space along the river walk, but I mean, hey... one is better than none! And only a kilometer away there will be tons of Restaurants surrounding Riverwalk Plaza

haven't been into downtown Calgary in a while, has there been any progress to this? website says 2 towers are sold out, would be great to see it get moving if it isn't already!

There is a building permit for this development, and the last time I was by there it looked like they had cleared the site. I would say construction is close.

Great update Chad.
Nice a crane base! I imagine there will be two cranes one for the site to the North West as well.

I'd think there'll probably be three cranes when all is said and done. The 2 west towers still have yet to begin excavation but that should happen soon.
