Render update. The Royal, will be the tallest tower in the south Beltline at 115 meters. Next tallest south of 10th is 90 meters.

The sales centre even looks classy. That could pass as a high end stand alone restaurant!

The test drilling was done a while back. The equipment on site now are caisson drillers. Definitely for excavation.
