^^Is that a gas stove I see? Not only are they politically incorrect these days (greenhouse gas emitters) but I thought the San Francisco fire code banned gas above the first couple of floors in high rises.

Not true—Lumina and a number of high end tall buildings have gas ranges or cooktops.
