Cool AUSTIN | IBC Bank Domain | 250 FEET | 18 FLOORS | PROPOSED

This is a new one that was posted to the AULCC page yesterday.

ftp://ftp.ci.austin.tx.us/ATD_AULCC/...SS_PLAN_01.pdf

The address is putting it at the location of the IBM Building 45, but the site plan shows it being located at the northwest corner of West Braker Lane & Burnet Road.

I think it replaces an existing IBC branch on that corner ... though what’s currently there is a single story drive-through autobank.

I missed your maps, Kevin, thanks for posting them.

8 floors of above-ground parking for 9 floors of office. Not bad for that area, and better than some towers downtown (cough cough, 405)

Nice find! I’m good with this replace that small bank branch on a prime corner.

Good way to make a few bucks on parking for the MLS games.

That will complement the South End towers very nicely. I hope they put up some interesting lighting (relatively speaking).

Definitely an upgrade on that corner. Waiting for Discount Tire to announce their new tower next...
