Thanks for the update!

Are there any developments of note for the southern parts of downtown? It seems like most of the action is in the northern part of downtown.

There is currently a mixed-use high-rise planned for the new East Quarter neighborhood and there are two new midrise apartments completing soon in the Farmers Market.

The City Lights II tower crane just toppled over onto a neighboring apartment building due to a severe storm with winds well over 70mph.
