I don't like the protruding box on top either. However, it does tie the smokey podium floors to the upper floors.

I see only 4 styles smashed together and one of those is the ubiquitous heritage facadectomy. This is not among the worst.

Just checked to make sure. It's mixed use office residential. They always look a little weird.

Good infill but 186m makes it a minor addition in the quest to catch Chicago, not in height yet, but density. LOL

19. 22|21 Yonge (Toronto): 192.5m / 632ft

Took this our day ago....it's really starting to become a big influence at Yonge and Eglinton;

Also, The Rosedale on Bloor is no longer under excavation work, there are two cranes on site.

11. Massey Tower (Toronto): 208.3m / 683ft
Taken just outside of the north end of Eaton's Centre....is this not complete by now? I need to check the podium...but still, look at the blinds coming in.

She should come off the list now. I was hoping the podium would have been ready for the Christmas season.

The Eau du Soleil Water Tower should come off the list, IMO. It looks fully occupied, judging by the lights in the evening. It has always been several months advanced over the taller Sky Tower in the development.

Will need more 8-14 storey brick/precast/stone buildings to achieve that Chicago feel.

Honestly, the entertainment district of Toronto in 2020 feels a lot more like Vancouver than any other big city.

I took the following yesterday, both towers are now fully above ground, first floor concrete pours are nearly done;

I'm trying to figure out which city was used as the foundation. Some of those buildings look so familiar and it's driving me crazy. Course, the whole thing could have been created.
