don't have photos....what is going on at 3M facility off 2222 by vandegrift? drive by every day usually no activity.

there has been increased activity the past couple weeks which I didn't think too much of but they had every light lit up today, also painted parking garage

drove by yesterday...looks like they are painting it? It would be a shame to let that building sit for a long time. Tear it down and develop the land, or lease/sell it.

Wonder if that is a "World Class" face-lift. I noticed that the Arborteum Crossing (9333 Research Blvd) center is getting painted the typical, trendy all-white treatment to the front of buildings. My guess is both properties are getting the same treatment.

I also feel like the rumor was a single employer, rather than a district. But I saw this article earlier and wondered, too.
