What is going on near the base of the crane? It looks like they are double cladding the building.

WOW NYguy! The image quality on your camera is incredible. It's so clear it feels like I'm standing next to you. Thank you for the video.

That's not my video, but you do get a sense of the vitality of Brooklyn.

^^^Yea that video was almost as funny as the nordstrom one. I watched a couple minutes of it and then checked to see how many more seconds were left on the video--there were still over 10 minutes. Anyways, Nyguy really does seem to have a knack for digging up some really funny videos indirectly related to the skyscrapers that we follow.

That last shot is incredible. Skyline is turning out to be quite massive. Some nice length to it.

Phase 3 is still being designed and tweaked. The final product in its completion is expected by 2020. It does have the greatest chance of being the biggest and grandiose out of all the phases. We'll just have to wait to see what Barnett decides to do with the project, but we should get some more details in the yearly quarters coming.

thanks chris as you know there is a render at the site on the corner of willoughby and flatbush, so thats in my face all the time lol! i imagine it will be tweaked, but still hoping that it will be the tallest in brooklyn. 2020 seems like a long wait, but i guess they want to finish phase II before starting construction.

It will most certainly be the largest of the CityPoint towers.

More on phase 3 here...

Does anybody know the actual height of Phase 2? Its only 30 floors, but it looks a lot bigger/prominent, I think mostly due to the very high podium.
