Smile Germany Photo

I found this photo from the German magazine freundevonfreunden.com. I want to know where the picture on the wall was taken. It looks like a spherical monument of some kind. Because it's in black and white, I can only surmise that it's old. It's smooth and has the cone monument behind it, so I know it's not the Epcot Center...


Maybe it's just an artist's rendering and this is all for naught.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
