Red face TORONTO | Cumberland Square | 748 FT, 741 FT, 591 FT | 66, 69, 50 FLOORS

Link

Quote:
Cumberland Square: a proposed three-tower residential and retail development proposed to replace Cumberland Terrace at 2 Bloor West in Toronto, designed by Giannone Petricone for KingSett Capital. A public plaza covering over 30% of the site is designed by Janet Rosenberg + Studio landscape architects.

Edit: Title ended up in lower case. Don't know why (maybe overlength?). If someone could fix it so it conforms to the standard, that would be great.

The tower designs have been value engineered.

The deconstructionism looks very out of place in this location.

Cool beans regardless of which design is used. Man Toronto is really on a roll with condo projects. I hope the trend continues despite economic headwinds that may be forming...
