so far, the only project to have broken ground is the broadway, right? and that is 92 residences, which isn't exactly a whole lot, especially when one considers that many of them will be second homes, retirees, and folks who are moving there from within 78209 who would produce no additional traffic to what already exists.
i agree with oldmanshirt - traffic on broadway is not too bad. hildebrand is the problem street and even then it is bearable. i think jaga is right that there will be alternatives within 10 years and that the city will update infrastructure as the area booms.
as my grandfather (a father of 10) always told me - every child brings his own bread.
this gift (of dense development) will come with its own solutions.
