This location is good because it’s not central to the core grid, yet it fills a vacancy to yield a nice filler for the street level city experience.

On the South Philly skyline, this should be noticeable.

Assuming the Laurel is built, this will be totally invisible from most angles from the south. From the North the Blue Cross building should block it. From the West Philly, 2116 Chestnut should block it.

It's infill, not much more at this point. It will fill out the lower skyline from certain angles, but will not be prominent in the skyline.

I have no concern for the past.
That's behind us.
The future is why SSP is here.

All skyscrapers = the future.
It is obvious that this building will be mostly hidden from view from afar.
But from the street level, this will be nicer than a short little McDonald's.
