Downtown Dallas = ? Inside the loop?
Most don't realize it, but the West End and Deep Ellum are both downtown. Neither are dead after 5pm. Deep Ellum is probably the biggest night spot in the whole metroplex. The parts where there are mostly tall office buildings are as dead as any other city I've seen after 5pm.
