Fubon Group is going to invest A25 as its global headquarter. It is comfirmed that Fubon has invited British, Italian, French Architects...etc to attend design competition in Semptember.

富邦金A25動工 6年後變新總部

富邦金公告A25地上權動工,6年後富邦金總部將搬入A25大樓。資料照片

【王立德╱台北報導】據透露,富邦金控(2881)今年8月標下北市信義區A25地上權後,已決定將興建高達40層的商辦、商場、旅館等複合式大樓,等完工後,富邦金將把散落在各大樓的事業體辦公室通通搬進A25,統一集中辦公。
富邦人壽昨日被詢問後表示,上周五以重大訊息公告要動工的不動產基地就是A25,擬開發為國際化地標性大樓,並以集團總部等級規劃辦公大樓、國際五星級旅館及商場、美術館等用途之複合式建築,預計興建期間為6年。

要建40層高大樓

目前富邦金各子事業體辦公大樓分別散落於北市各區段,如北富銀大樓座落於仁愛路四段,富邦人壽座落於敦化北路、市民大道交叉口,富邦產險與富邦金控則是在建國南路的「起家厝」。
若從各金控新總部來看,除了昨日啟用的華南金(2880)暨華銀新總部大樓搬進北市信義區,南山人壽標得世貿二館地上權後,也規劃大樓完工後將總部搬入,加上富邦金將於6年後將總部大樓搬入信義區,3大金融機構均看好北市信義區後勢,將新總部大樓設在信義區。
金控中僅有中信金(2891)反其道而行,今年從信義區的舊總部大樓搬遷,新大樓總部位於南港區。據了解,富邦金新總部大樓因高達40層樓,會比照101大樓一般,有專屬高、低樓層的電梯,且也會在中間樓層設有轉乘電梯區,確保高低樓層間的順暢。

I also asked a man working there and he told me that the building will be about 50 stories high

Base on informationa from Web of Department of Environmental Protection of Taipei City Government, this project will be 57fl mixed use tower.

Developer has readjusted floor area of main tower and other facilities. Main tower is reduced to 53f and 265.55m. Exhibition facility will have more floor area and gain one more floor.

They will hold open brief for construction in 28 of June. Construction will start soon.

Finally! that's a pity that the building is not closer to Taipei 101. But xin yi district is getting a nice cluster of building.
