It does suck that they opted not to go with the lights, but I wonder if that is because they didn't get much support for their rezoning application for digital signage and the rooftop 'billboard'.
I really wasn't interested in seeing a billboard 60 floors up.
I think that was tacky and there's a tipping point they crossed with that idea.

Too bad, something like changing colour for a goal, maybe some public messages, the likes of that would have been cool. But that doesn't bring direct revenue.

Albeit, usually much too short of a season here. With the warm weather we are forecasted to be enjoying next week, I'm hoping we can have an extended fall and hold off first snow until at least November.
