Thanks for that Tone-boy. Altitude is really going to make a mark on downtown, despite its (relative) stubbiness and its lac of height (compared to its neighbours).
But seen from Ste-Catherine and the northern section of University, its going to look really impressive.
It's said to be mixed use, residential and office, that's interesting. Do they plan any retail? Given the location, some shops would be nice at the first floor as buildings around seem to host some retail along the street. That's how downtown buildings usually appear better integrated into the urban web.
