This building will be making its mark right around the same time 34th and Lancaster will

...But at the same time, the pace of construction seems a bit slower. They actually seem to be going flat-out on the Drexel project, haha.

Jesus, the intrusive overhead wires....outta be a law. I don't even notice the building through all that, it's like trying to look through a pair of sunglasses with a huge smudge mark right in the middle of the lens.

Yeah, true. That shot looks like the only thing missing is Godzilla! (It looks like Tokyo.)

Haha, indeed. I agree that it would be a much nicer look to relocate much of this underground...

On the other hand, when I take photos I am drawn to such busy intersections of lines. I like the convergence of so many things in one place.

They've added two. This time in May there were two floors complete. Now there are 4 complete moving up to the fifth.

Working on sloped garage floors with turned up perimeter guard walls...typical residential floors start at level 7... Once above this level, it should move at a rate of 4 days per floor....halfway up will accelerate to 3 day cycles....

^ Could be because that last floor is much taller than the previous one. I'd image they would all be the same level soon.

I too was wondering why this is going so slow vs the Drexel project. They are really moving on that one, I drove past there on Sunday and its made a lot of progress. Now you can really see the building beginning to rise above roof of 30th street when looking from the east. You can also see parts of the building from I76 coming south towards 30th street.

Because Drexel is all about making money, and they can't make more money without having space for their customers... I mean students
