Portland - 72hrs of walking and soccer

My second time in this fair city. There was significantly more visible homelessness and mental health issues, but generally speaking we had no issues and felt safe. I was also reminded of how much I love the scale of this city.

Looks like quite a fun trip to Portland. I remember a long time ago, I was shitfaced drunk at Marathon, and I made a total ass of myself hitting on the waitress. I felt so bad about it, that I went back the next day to apologize.

Great to see Portland through a visitor's eyes. I hope you had a great trip here.

We are told it is the closest to the European Football (soccer) atmosphere you can find in the US! I love gameday at Providence Park. #RCTID

Did the Timbers Army intimidate you? They're a trip.

I fall in love with Portland every time I'm there. There's something awesomely livable about the place, even with all of its problems.

Great shots, looks like you had a good time. Love the night scenes. Portland's getting there after a couple rough years, lots of fun to be had still. Thanks for the tour!

Fun tour. Love me some Portland. Always make it a point to stop there and spend a night or two anytime we do an Oregon Coast trip.
