Anyone have any pics of the completed build?

I've got it at 10 floors from Harvard but the actual height varies from site to site in meters. If someone could confirm I'll add it to the thread title. How close is it to FCC with the mech. room topping it out?

I am looking forward to what tenants will occupy the ground floor retail for the Shoppes on Hamilton portion. Will be nice to have activity on that side of the street again.

It is definitely 11 floors plus the Mech Room/penthouse, which actually has some windows and a bit of usable space.

Yeah, I see that, from your own image( below) before the exterior cladding was installed, there is a roof top patio on top of floor 10 coming from the mechanical area on 11. I have no other confirmation that it is listed at more than 10 flrs. Grade to roof + plus mech rooms.

But I'm fine if your confirming there is a penthouse with usable space increasing the floor count to 11 or in your post 12. What are you confirming the floor count as? I'll make the appropriate change. Thx.

I may be wrong when you show me my own image. Can you really believe pictures anymore though? I will confirm if there is rentable space on 11.

The skybridge (pedway) opened officially today. Yes, there is a meeting space planned for the 11th floor of AgPlace. No official opening date for the patio yet.

Yes you can see the 11th floor space in this night shot. I also noticed there are brackets for a sign on the penthouse. Stantec?

The building appears to now be fully leased except for a small space on 5 and the street retail. Harvard lists the Greenspot and Swank Shoe Lounge as the only retail tenants so far.

I'll put a bow on it for you. 48.15m - taken directly from the planning commission approval.

It's definitely a nice building and the retail will help Hamilton's transformation for the better. Unfortunately not flattering from that angle.

It feels quite cold right now in design for the retail, but that will change once there are actually some tenants and the trees fill in a little. If the trees take, it will look great in ten years time.

This is probably the first time I've clicked on this thread since midway through the construction phase and I have to say I'm very impressed with how this project is turning out.

The whole block as seen in Stormer's pic looks fantastic... it interacts very well with the street. Nicely done.

I agree, very nice. Hopefully those retail spots fill up and you have a bustling street scene.
