So is the Marina 106 completely cancelled or what?

I've heard different things. People try to judge by pictures what's happening around the construction site. The article got deleted off Wikipedia twice even though many other proposed buildings are on there. (A Google search of Marina 106 brings this up-I created it the second time now have it drafted as a subpage- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Da...sen/Marina_106) so apparently people on wikipedia think it's not going to be built. Even it's page here pokes fun at it saying that it won't have many views at all due to it's being surrounded by other supertalls.
