This means expansive ceiling heights! I am pleasantly surprised by the height!

My favorite East Village project so far. I wonder when they will announce the office building going across the Riff from it? It looks pretty short (9 floors) so I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to lease out. Get a whole section of the Riff up and running in one shot!

The DP has just recently been submitted for this one. Looking forward to seeing more action.

Yeah, it's located in a perfect spot. I was wondering how the view of the river would be. Pretty damn good I bet.

This one is going to Calgary Planning Commission and has been recommended for approval.

At first I hated that it wasn't mixed use anymore, except for the retail, but now I'm really loving that they added another hundred residences to this thing where the office part was. So much density!

Also, that low rise density is really sweet. I love the low rise units at Evolution.

I heard from a reliable resource today that Verve will be starting sometime around December/January on groundbreaking.

That'll be nice if it does. Even with the downturn and things seemingly dismal out there, at least there are a few things starting up during the downturn Concord, The Royal, and maybe this.

The city has just recently approved Verve's BP so we should see something soon.
