Muse is sweet and I think one of the best towers to rise in Sunny Isles. Would fit so nicely in Edgewater. Kinda not a fan of Porsche Design tower. Now Porsche design glasses, yes, as I have a pair. Cars yes. But their tower, nope...

Armani Casa looks promising.

I agree with the posters above me. The buildings in Miami's surrounding areas are nicer than the ones going up in Miami proper. Not saying that Miami's towers are ugly. Just boring.

Logical. The beach is where the top international money wants to be, and the big money buys the best design. Downtown is obviously not as coveted by these folks. If Miami Beach allowed these tall towers, you would probably have them there too.
