I don't know much about sales, but I can tell you all about new proposals...
Since January 2017, these towers have been proposed:
150 Pearl - 189 m, 59 fl
41 Roehampton - 162 m, 48 fl
245 Queen E West - 174 m, 47 fl
245 Queen E Central - 189 m, 52 fl
245 Queen E East - 201 m, 56 fl
309 Cherry - 166 m, 52 fl
323 Jarvis - 165 m, 50 fl
1680 Brimley 4 - 155 m, 47 fl
385 Yonge - 344 m, 98 fl
Nobu Hotel E - 156 m, 49 fl
Nobu Hotel W - 156 m, 49 fl
31A Parliament - 168 m, 51 fl
101 Spadina - 153 m, 46 fl
26 Maitland 1 - 170 m, 50 fl
10 St. Mary St. - 165 m, 51 fl
215 Lake Shore E 1 - 165 m, 50 fl
14 Duncan - 158 m, 48 fl
So that's at least 17 500 footers proposed in the first 5 months of the year. A few, like 245 Queen, are older, but were recently up-graded with extra height. Most are new however, with more to come.
Also, just this week, 16 York - 157 m, 31 fl and Bay-Park 1 - 239 m, 48 fl both started construction. Lots more of that to come as well.
To me, it doesn't look like the boom is over yet...
