Heard Panda at Yonge and Dundas is also well underway. https://www.gta-homes.com/toronto-condos/panda-condos/ Cool design and I can't think of many other buildings under construction for that immediate intersection.

Hopefully i got it right on the third try! 8 storeys but I cant seem to find the height in meters anywhere.
