Well, the FAA has a damn good argument to not issue this thing a permit or give it the greenlight. That lil ole thing called MIA is just a few miles away and it falls right in the take off/approach path.
This thing looks like a pair of tweezers for goodness sakes, I wouldn't wish this on any city.
