Central Metro East Contd., Park City

333 Main

Elliott Work Group - In it’s heyday it served as a home for numerous local businesses and even the headquarters for
Mrs. Fields cookies. Time took it’s toll however and the idea of an indoor mall became stagnant.

The rebirth of this building will mimic the traditional success of Main Street with businesses facing the street with upper levels re-purposed as residential units. Luxury and convenience
will be topped off with a pool on the roof deck, offering incredible views of Park City, Deer Valley and beyond.

More images of BOYERS 151 S STATE TOWER

HERE IS SOME MORE IMAGES OF THE 151 TOWER, THE TOWER WILL BE 295 FEET TALL

MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE DEVELOPMENT THAN 111 S MAIN IN MY OPINION

I'm really liking the 151 Tower too. Quite adventurous, compared to what we're use to with Boyer. I still believe that the 111 Tower will be better than the rendering. One good thing about the 111 renderings we've seen thus far is that they definitely don't flatter the building. I think the final product will prove to be a pleasant surprise to many.

Google Fiber could be on its way to Salt Lake City - Internet network » The Web giant is conducting feasibility study.

Vince Horiuchi, The Salt Lake Tribune

http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/money/5...-lake.html.csp

The high-speed fiber-optic Internet network known as Google Fiber could be coming to Salt Lake City.

Google and city officials announced Wednesday that the Mountain View, Calif., search-engine company will conduct a feasibility study this year to determine if Google Fiber is right for Utah’s capital.

"One of the questions is why Salt Lake City?" said Kevin Lo, general manager for Google Fiber, who added that the company approached city officials with the proposal just a couple of weeks ago. "From our standpoint, why not? We know how tech-savvy everyone is in the area."

Utah unemployment rate hits five-year low, among lowest in the nation.

Downtown Salt Lake City - City Hall

http://www.scottshephard.com

http://www.deseretnews.com/article/8...-year-low.html

...Utah's unemployment rate in January hit a five-year low, falling to 3.9 percent, according to the state Department of Workforce Services. Utah’s nonfarm payroll employment for January
grew by an estimated 2.8 percent, adding 34,700 jobs to the economy, compared with January 2013

Speaking at a news conference Friday at the state Capitol, Gov. Gary Herbert said the state economy has picked up speed and seems on track for continued growth in 2014.

"For the first time since the start of the Great Recession in Utah, our unemployment rate has fallen below 4 percent,” Herbert said. “This attests to the fact that our economy is strong and
getting stronger."

The current Utah jobless rate is the lowest recorded in the Beehive State since November 2008, he added.

"This is especially encouraging because much of the decline in unemployment is due to Utahns getting jobs rather than dropping out and abandoning the search," Herbert said. "Since November
2008, when unemployment was 3.4 percent, Utah's labor force has grown by 6 percent or nearly 80,000 people."...
