You get 42 floors if you count the floors in their rendering. The discrepancy seems to be in the number of floors dedicated to the hotel. The rendering indicates 14 or 15 floors for the hotel and lobby, yet the residences begin on floor 32.

Also, on the Overview page, they state that the building is 42 floors.

I think that if 42 storties is correct, then the 580ft height is right. But if it is the 52 stories, then it will be 686ft. Of course this is just speculation, maybe someone who actually knows can enlighten us. But I do know that just counting and looking at that rendering will most likely not do any good, because that is a pretty old rendering, with many changes likely occuring sense then.

Also, they will have the crown on top so that might be about 50 feet of non usable space. These are gonna be really expensive places and high ceilings are expected, I know I'd want a ceiling at least 10 feet in my place if I were paying millions of dollars for it.
It was stated that ceilings would be between 13 and 17ft.

This should be a really cool looking building. So tall and slender.

I've never heard of upscale travel lights if at all possible could you inform me on what this means. If it is something that would upgrade the peachtree corridor I would love to get some info on it.

Lights that don't show the cables our don't connect to a pole. Like ones you would see downtown.

First? I imagine there will only be one tower crane as it is a very skinny tower.

I knew it was skinny, but I didn't think anything could compare to the Waterview Tower in Chicago. That site only takes up one quarter block.

So, a developer doesn't have to disclose the actual height of the final product when they apply for a zoning applications and city approval. Or do they only have to produce a general summary of what they plan to build. The ABC said the Mansion was 50 stories and they are pretty reliable, but the website has 42 and 58 stories, and the developer said it was to be 200ft taller than anything in Buckhead (which would put it at 644ft?), then finally, the video makes it look even taller. I guess we will really just have to wait and see though I would think that they would just say it flat out. I'm exited either way, even though I'll never live their.

Hello

Hello, I am new to this forum.
Looks like you all know a lot about Atlanta.

Would anyone possibly know who the developer of the Ovation Condos is?
(3040 Peachtree Road, right near ESPN Zone)

http://www.ovationbuckhead.com/

Thanks

Would any of you know the square footage of the condos?
The single floor unit, and double unit per floor

Thanks again

I think it is Trammel Crow.
