Took me a moment to realize the surface parking where this was taken from was at GT and not in Midtown. I love that Modera is bringing more retail to Midtown. Seems like a great spot to live.

It looks like the retail area is being built out. It looks like there is a tenant on the southwest corner of the building, fronting Williams, and all along Peachtree Pl. I'm skeptical retail will do well there but we shall see I guess

Depending on the price point and what they offer will determine how much of a destination it will become. There’s plenty of residences, students, and offices surrounding to sustain it now and there’s plenty more coming online.

The cafe and ramen shop are nice additions, too. I'm going to tour Modera over the next couple of weeks to get a better look at the amenities and finishes inside. Place looks awesome when walking by.

Damn good looking building. The "designers" who proposed that monstrosity for the "Gothic" tower on Juniper should take some cues from Modera.
