With the complex facing/focusing so much on that new extension of 15th street, I wonder if they'll do any sort of remodeling or refacing of the other side of the street. Now when people walk out of Trump they'll be looking right across the street at a huge blank brick wall and a 10 storey parking deck. I know if they were being built today that wouldn't pass zoning muster for street facing buildings, but they weren't built as street facing.
Maybe they could do a mural on the big brick wall and some sort of architectural screening/landscaping on the parking deck. At least maybe a nice wide sidewalk on that side with some big trees.
