The Linden and 44 East are the only significant downtown condo projects U/C. Most residential projects U/C are rentals, so not much to discuss. There's the Loren (Taco Pud), but it's not a major project. Natiivo is in its own category, so I don't count that one. I believe 84 East is planned as condo, but I don't know if that's definite. It sure seems like a good time for a couple residential condos to break ground based on the delivery pipeline over the next two to four years.
