I know I sound homer and all, but just looking at the full body pic is fun. It is a very sleak building with inviting lines and angles. If it were a women, i'd buy it a drink and set down next to it(and hope we could make a night out of it). " You sexy lady you."

That was my only complaint about Frost Bank; it looks squished.

No complaints about this one though. Go Nashville!

Wow, this tower must have been sent down from heaven by God himself. Seriously, I am so jealous of Nashville! Monumental architecture.

The crown on this tower resembles the top of the Jin Mao Tower. Awesome to hear this will be a 1000+ footer. It will COMPLETELY DOMINATE the skyline of Nashville...by far. I will diagram this tower.

Is this tower mixed use or all residential??
If it's all residential, it would easily be the tallest residential building in the USA.

Wow, what can I say? This building is absolutely stunningly beautiful and I'm so proud of my little Nashville! Is it just me or does the spire look like a tiny TransAmerica Pyramid?

^It's just you.

It reminds me of Chrysler and/or Jin Mao.

It does look quite similar to the Transamerica Building...

The top is a bit busy for me, but great tower overall.

Do you know anything about the floor plans of the condos? What will the price points be? I have a hard time believing that Nashville has enough demand for this type of building at the present.

I'm going to add my voice to the chorus here and say: Wow!

I really love the spire. The building has a great presence.

I don't know anything about the floor plans, but i'm curious to know what, beyond your preconcieved ideas about Nashville, would lead you to believe that there isn't a demand? There is infact tremendous demand for urban living in Nashville.

It's too thick and bulky to remind me of the the Chrysler Building which is really skinny, it reminds me of a modern day Empire State Building actually. This building will have character like the Sears Tower, Empire State, or the Bank of America Tower in Charlotte all of which are all nice thick/big buildings that really stand out not just from the height, but from their density and charactor as well.
