Don't expect any. None of us here in sac are holding our breath on this one jscanlon. The guy, Moe Mohanna, who is "proposing" this tower would much rather spend his time holding up downtown developement in court vs the city with his ramshackle collection of neglected buildings that he has done nothing to improve in the past 20 years or so. So the paper rendering i'm afraid is the farthest this project will ever go unless he sells the project to get it into the hands of someone who actually builds urban dreams rather than destroys them.

lol I like the green fuzzy roofs (yeah, it's grass, I know). That would be a trip!
And from the observation deck of the new tower, overlooking that direction, one of the placards would present these green roofs.
