This was recently added to Intech Construction's list of current projects in the pre-construction phase:

UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA FMC TOWER TENANT FIT-OUT

Perhaps the most significant new information (emphasis added):

Quote:
The University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Real Estate Services and additional Penn tenants will occupy 100,000 SF of office space on the first four floors above ground level.
Not surprising that the better views will NOT be going to Penn.

Looks like they're in the process of finishing the first concrete floor (columns already finished, decking now being finished), with the core about a floor ahead of that right now (i.e., up to the height of two concrete floors):

Just one so far. I assume after this floor things might start moving faster.

Wow. The glass is pretty much up to the transfer floor now. Installers can take a week off.

They are putting in the glass walls that will form the lobby atrium. It's shaping up and looking good!

Saw last nights lighting scheme form my apartment all the way at 8th and Tasker last night. Was Beautiful. Did anyone notice...? Were the lights changing in color and intensity, similar to the color patterns moving around on Cira?
