South Texas Oil Co. moving to San Antonio

Petroleum exploration firm South Texas Oil Co. is relocating its corporate headquarters from Bastrop to San Antonio.
South Texas Oil (Nasdaq: STXX), which concentrates its drilling efforts in South Central and Southwest Texas as well as Northeast Colorado, says in a release that it will maintain a field office in Bastrop to handle operations in that city and in Giddings. The company is moving to Sonterra Boulevard in North San Antonio.
South Texas Oil Chairman Michael Pawelek has also just been named CEO. Pawelek replaces Scott Zimmerman who resigned as president and CEO.
Additionally, Wayne Psencik has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer while Sherry Spurlock takes over as vice president and chief financial officer.
South Texas Oil has approximately 27,000 net acres and a high working-interest inventory of drillable locations within its operating areas.
First PurinaCare, now this. It's been a good month for SA.
(The area around Broadway and 410 contains a TON of smaller oil and gas related companies, as would be expected since the buildings are known as Petroleum Towers, Energy Plaza, etc...)
