MONTREAL | 1190 Mackay | 64 M | 20 FLOORS

MONTREAL | Condos Mackay | 20 FLOORS

(my photo)

20-floor condo building slated for Mackay just behind Buffet Maharaja. It was approved back in November.

Looks to be 100% residential with no commercial at ground level. City seems fine with that and doesn't seem to care if Mackay is not very frequented. Appearance-wise, reminds me a bit of Griffix.

They listed a website, although it isn't live yet. http://www.condosmackay.com/

Quote:

Infill, which is good, but not much else worthy of note. McKay is rather a wind-tunnel, esp. near Concordia.

In related news, the Buffet Maharaja has re-opened under new administration. I saw an ad in the newspaper.
