What I wouldn't give for a Basiles Pizza. Sausage pepper and onion. Or a Chopped Cheese Sandwich with Pimento and Onion at Mannys... Cool thread. I miss Newark Street. It was a fun place to grow up....

Bumping this thread in honor of Hudson County's great performance in the Census. Just a reminder that it is a travesty that SI is part of NYC, but Hudson is not.

I moved to Jersey City from upper Manhattan August of 2020, and absolutely love living in downtown JC. Everything I need (tons of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, big box stores, a Whole Foods is opening) and with a super short commute by the 24 hour Path train to WTC/Midtown is super easy..
