There are columns on 10th street that go up one story, but that was all that I could see as far as construction above grade.

There are collumns on the front of the building but it seems as if they're still working on the underground part of the parking.

Absolutely right, they didn't dig deep at all. They have already poured some of foundation down. I expect to see a big diiference by October.

I wish I could get my camera to work so I could download. I'm taking it to Wolf Camera today, but what I'm really excited about is watching Triology go up. I would be able to watch that from my living and second bedroom.

It looks more to scale in this rendering. I like, though I still think it looks like an office building. Oh yeah (TOL? ), does anyone know anything about licensing for buildings. I know that there is an Aqua in Chicago being built that have nothing to do with each other, however if you take Hilton for instance, people can't just use the name on any development. I know Hilton is a brand, but I guess what I'm trying to say, is if I make Aqua a brand name, would they have to change their name??

ATLBlaxican, that's a good question, and I'm sure that someone will post a definitive answer, but my guess is that while it's probably possible to "register" or "trademark" a building name, few probably do. I know for example that there are shopping centers and malls all across the country that share the same name, and, when you think about it, you can even have businesses with the same name in different states, so, I think there's not an issue with two buildings is different states having the same name.

You can trademark or register pretty much anything, but with a building it'd have to be a reasonably unique identifier, such as "Mansion on Peachtree", instead of something already in general public usage like "Aqua".
