That is one of the least professional proposals I've seen in years. No way this thing sees the light of day.
^ Yeah, Market Village is being redeveloped into the Remington Centre. Pacific Mall also has a massive expansion in the works. The amount of Chinese malls is ridiculous. I don't see where the demand is coming from, the current supply is already saturated enough.
