Maybe there is some type of agreement with the Church to not build at the property line above the 4 storey podium? That area is blank wall until you get up to 5th floor of TNS1.

Saw two window panes actually went in last week – you can see it on far right of your photo.

The video is less than a minute, haha.

Side note, is the empty space on the SE corner going to be parking, or is it another property? And what is the plan for the lane between RIC and Nutty Club?

Ha ha. Sorry. I meant o’clock.

Lane is city property. Between building and lane is a landscaped plaza. Leftover space behind the building towards the tracks is parking and a lane connecting the two existing lanes. Ten cars or so in the parking. Was too close to the tracks to develop.

...again, couldn't get any pictures but, lots of glazing now up. Love the gradient in the glass. Really starting to get closed in.

That is an unfortunate angle (for looking at the new glass) as most of the glass is up on the north side - other side of view.

I wonder if the workers know there is a live cam watching them all the time. They likely would not be standing around on their phones like I see right now haha.

^ That would be quite a feat of project management if you could keep 100% of the workers busy 100% of the time.

I mean, the meters are always running on the cost of renting cranes or loaders or whatever but no one expects those to be in motion at all times.

Agreed. Even when people are standing around talking, they may be having a meeting. Me, as an engineer, when on site stands around 100% of the time.
