There's a few other redevelopment plans afoot not included on there.

Add the Hotel at Pearl to the Pearl developments, the old Taco Land property redevelopment (in its infancy now), the gourmet food truck park by Weissman & co, and the Witte Museum redevelopment/exspansion. There's also a project I'm involved in that I can't say much about yet that will be near Broadway and Mulberry, near the Kiddie Park.

Oh yeah, the Butterkrust redevelopment isn't on there either. Man, there's a bunch of stuff happening. Someone needs to do a new diagram.
