Depending on when city releases final bldg permit, my guess is within 60 days.

God, that Lake/Flato one is going to be so sexy. On style alone, I think it'll end up being in our top 5 Austin towers when it's finished. (Haha, it's going to have a lot more competition than previously.)

There is a new ABJ article about these three projects. I was looking for groundbreaking info, and this is what it had:

9092 Rainey - That is not it's final name, it will start "as soon as possible" after the "design is finalized". Not sure what that means.

The East Tower - groundbreaking this summer

River St. Residences - no date given

Nice. After the travesty of 98 Red River not starting until next year, it's good to hear that these will be happening relatively quickly.
