I want to retract my prediction that this might be quick since finishing work is already underway. Once that work started they basically stopped pouring concrete. It's only rising about one floor per month. This might turn out to be the Hanover West Peachtree of highrises.

At least the project seems it will look nice once complete. Do we know what the retail will be yet for this development??

I don't know what will be in there but it does look good from the ground. I think it will be a quality project and the renderings don't do it justice.

We're about 10 months in to the start of this job, but it began with blasting the site, so unless we get someone from Brasfield in here to tell us how far behind schedule they are, if any, I don't understand why this project takes so much criticism on this site.
I am far from ignorant, Thank you.

1 floor per month, wow, eating your words now?

I agree. Similar to Hanover west Peachtree, despite the long wait, seems to be quality and will bring more good retail and housing to the area.

Yup, when I moved in here in 2013, the following buildings weren't there:

In fact I should have a picture of while the first building (the student housing on Spring) was going up. I will see if I can find it.

I think this baby is topped out.
Got caught in traffic while a "floor plate" was being hoisted into place at the top of the building.

They have about 1/2 of the 19 floor covered...3 more to go. The lowest floor with apartments is labeled #3.

I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, and this may be an unpopular opinion, but does anyone here think this building is moving at a rather slow pace for where it should be? Just curious

From my point of view (from the balcony) the new tower planned for the parking lot in the lower right corner can't be built soon enough!

I probably speak for several on the site in asking why you have such a bee in your bonnet for this property. Any enlightening thoughts?
