I thought this was going to be a little higher, but progress had stopped on adding floors and the last floor didn't have the rebars going through to connect to the next. Then this afternoon I saw wht looked to be the top out beam with the American flags (will post pic later). Looks like CODA is officially topped out.
So was wondering why they topped out with what looked to be two full floors short of what was shown on the renderings. Apparently there's a lot of utilities and stuff on the roof. They're putting up the metal frames now around the edge. Looks like the top two floors in the rendering aren't really "floors" it's where they carry the curtain wall up two floors to cover all the roof utilities.
I hadn’t been on the connector in a while and boy does CODA look great on it. Will be nice to see the Anthem and 3rd Portman Midtown tower go up next to it.

The main CODA building is nice, but I wish they had integrated the smaller Server building into the main structure and had an open tree-lined plaza in its place.
The Crum & Foster building (restaurant) could have had windows installed on the backside to overlooked the plaza.
Additionally, it’s not very obvious from these pictures, but the Server building’s roof is literally jammed-pack with unsightly HVAC equipment, which will be an eyesore for anyone on the 6th floor and above. It’s too bad they couldn’t have installed some sort of vented or louvered roof to hide all the equipment.
