The largest Traffic Circle in the World is...

.....located in Winnipeg, its called the Perimeter Highway.

Doesn't go anywhere or do anything. People are constantly coming on and off it. And there's nothing in the center of it.

You talked about the PTHWY 59 interchange in the other thread, some good informative stuff.

All I would like to see is safety put first. If that means moving towards the direction of a full freeway system, then I'm all for it. I think its going in that direction, but its still a ways to go. Could be going faster. Spocket has had some great posts on the history with that in the past.
