Stopped by the site this morning. Work moving at fast pace. Lawsuit won't effect anything. The foundation has been slowed by all the rain. They are a few weeks behind schedule because of weather.

Thumbs up

Drove by the site yesterday but couldn't see much. Hopefully will see a crane go up sometime soon.

They've been using a large truck crane (sometimes two) to move material and steel into the hole for the past couple of weeks now. No sign of tower crane parts yet.

There are signs posted on West Avenue between 5th and 6th that states the road will be closed from tonight at 9:00 PM through Monday morning at 5:00 AM.

The crane may be going up this weekend.

I just passed by the site and asked one of the construction workers if they are installing the crane this weekend and he said YES.

Ditto that skypie. Looks like its going to be a while before this one rises above ground. But not having another parking pedestal will make it worth the wait.

I am very excited to see this building rise, the triangle shape will be so neat! I hope it has some cool lighting also.

Agreed 100%. Enough with parking pedestals.

This one is going to be an awesome addition to the skyline. One of the most underrated projects happening right now IMO. After this is built and The Independent goes up the view down that CVC from Northbound MoPac is going to be phenomenal!!! Once those two are built that view will actually start to look like a canyon of buildings on either side with the Capitol in the back ground.

^ I really look forward to that view as well. It'd be pretty great from the Lamar bridge also.

And also from the congress bridge and 35! This will fill the gap between 360 and The W from those views. So excited!!
